DWIHN ORR Walk-In Service: 4th Fridays

Effective Friday, August 26, 2022, from 9am to 12pm, DWIHN will service walk-ins in the Mobile Trailer B behind the Milwaukee building.

We will serve walk-ins on the 4th Friday ONLY!!!!

We also accept complaints via the mail and telephone (hotline), fax. 313-833-2043 and 1-888-399-5595 or email us at  orrcomplaints@dwihn.org. However, all Incident Reports must be faxed over.
