SUD Faith-Based Collaborative

 

The DWIHN Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services Faith-Based Collaborative connects interfaith leaders with educators, researchers and professionals to address concerns that organizations face within their communities and congregations.

The group meets every fourth Monday of each month with a focus on substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery, suicide prevention and positive mental and physical health advocacy. Also, the Collaborative hosts an annual conference designed to educate, equip and engage clergy, adults, youth and the community as a whole on substance use prevention, treatment and recovery and mental health awareness.
