Monique Stanton,Monique Stanton has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication and History from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. Stanton also holds a Master's of Arts degree in Social Justice from Marygrove College in Detroit, MI. Stanton began her career at CARE of Southeastern Michigan in 2005 in the Family to Family program. She left CARE to assist in the opening of a family learning center in northwest Detroit. In 2008, Monique returned to CARE of Southeastern Michigan to fill the Deputy Director position.
As of 2012, she is President and CEO of CARE of Southeastern Michigan. Monique is an active member of various coalitions, task forces, and community groups committed to making the southeast Michigan region a better place to live, work, and recreate. In 2013 she was recognized as one of the 30 in their thirties group for Business Magazine.
